Is this a real hotel?

Ha — no. DND is a loungewear brand built around the feeling of a boutique hotel. The only thing you're checking into is very comfortable clothing.

What's a “Suite”?

Every DND drop is a Suite — a small, numbered collection with its own colors and its own little world. Suite 101 is our first. When a Suite sells out, it's “No Vacancy” and gone for good.

How do the drops work?

We release in Suites, not seasons. Join the guest list for early access, a heads-up before each drop, and 10% off your first night with code FIRSTNIGHT.

How does shipping work?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days, with complimentary shipping over $75. Full details live on our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I return something?

Of course — we call it late checkout. You have 30 days to return or exchange unworn items with their tags. See Shipping & Returns for the details.

How do the pieces fit?

DND is designed soft and relaxed — easy, oversized, lived-in. If you're between sizes, size down for a closer fit or stay true for the full off-duty drape.
