Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive quickly and in perfect shape. Here's how shipping works at Room Service.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking once it ships.

Where your order ships from. Our pieces come from a curated group of independent makers who ship directly to you. If your order includes pieces from more than one maker, they may arrive in separate packages on different days — that's completely normal.

Shipping times. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–8 business days after processing, depending on the maker and your location.

Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over $75 ship free.

Tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Delays. Occasionally a carrier or maker delay happens. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please reach out through our Contact page and we'll help track it down.
